1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product has not been installed, used, or modified
  • The equipment is returned in its original condition with all accessories and documentation

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased under final sale or clearance
  • Equipment that has been installed, used, or altered
  • Customized or specially configured medical equipment
  • Any product returned without prior approval

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Provide:
    • Order details
    • Product name
    • Images/videos of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. Inspection & Approval

  • Once the return is approved, the product must be shipped back to our facility
  • After receiving the product, our technical team will inspect it
  • If the issue is verified, the return will be approved for refund or replacement

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer
  • Shipping, handling, and installation charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Replacement Policy

  • In case of defective or damaged equipment, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability
  • Replacement timelines may vary based on product type and logistics

7. Shipping & Logistics

  • Return shipping costs may be covered by Sasha HealthCare only if the issue is verified as our responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage during return transit

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
